"Logan"

Sarah and I welcomed a new little CrossFitter into our family. Logan Marie Lobsinger was born over the weekend. We came home from the hospital today and things are going well. Sarah did an amazing job with the labor, and I have even more appreciation for mothers now. Labor looks about as much fun as doing back-to-back "Frans" for 15 hrs straight. The critter came out fine though. Logan weighed 8lb-7oz and had a 14"+ head. She's stubborn as Hell and gets pissed off if you mess with her. I like that.

To celebrate my new little girl (born on 9.11.10) I named a workout after her. Scale as needed and enjoy.
