Lots of squats were on the menu today. Everyone did a fine job.......and will probably be thinking of me over the next couple of days. Scott just moved here from Helena, MT. He actually left a CrossFit gym that he was running there in order to take a job here in Carson City. His form looks great so far and he will be a welcome addition to our family. Next class is Wednesday at 5:30pm. Tell your friends!
