Punk Invasion

We've had some exciting classes at RAD lately. Most of my "Punks" are back into their off-seasons and looking to get bigger, stronger, and faster. They bring an exciting intensity to the gym that tends to carry over into the 'older' RAD generation.

 The CrossFit Open is well underway and will be over before we know it. I am impressed with our gym's newly acquired interest in the competitiveness of the Games. I hope to have a RAD team at next year's open.

 I know that space has been tight........especially on days we have the doors down. Our lease will be up in a couple months and I have already started looking for a larger facility. I am excited about the growth and would love to hear some input or ideas on ways to make RAD rad-er. Let me know if you have any.
