Rad day at RAD!

Big congrats to both Heidi M. and Tim for getting their first rope climbs in (and then multiple more after that). Also, Elena rocked a strict (dead-hang) pull-up for the first time. Totally sweet guys!!

 It's easy to always dwell on the things that we cannot do yet. We all strive to do things we can't.........and that's why you put in the time here week after week. Every now and then it is good to stop and pat yourself on the back for the things you CAN do now....that you could not before.

 How many of your non-CrossFit friends can climb a 15' rope? How many can do double-unders? How many can shoulder an atlas stone? How many can do overhead squats? You guys are awesome. Alright...........that's enough feeling good about yourselves. Back to work......3-2-1-GO!

    New climbers need to remember to stash some long socks or pants at the box for climbing days. The wrestlers are back and who knows what their bringing with them.
