Toby's B-Day WOD

Today was Toby's day of birth.................so I let him program the WOD. Note to self: "Don't let Toby program future WODs." Big Ups to Alex for rowing a 1:29 on his 3rd 500m of the day. I want to give a big 'hell yeah' to Sheri for finally learning how to lift weights. She rocked 145# (for 3 reps) on her front squats today! Lots of PR's throughout the evening on both front squats and rowing. RAD job guys........and happy birthday Toby!
