Just another day.........

It's just another day............as usual around here. That's a good thing though.

Toby's muscle-up has sparked a bunch of interest in the rings. A bunch of people started playing around on them today. Who's gonna get the next one?

We also had William and his son Brady come by and check us out today. They got a little taste of today's WOD.
