Welcome

Carla and Hayley (spelling?) came by for their first workout on Monday. It was great to have them here and they both did a fine job. Welcome to C.C.S.C. I want to give a thumbs up to Dave from the 7:00pm class also. The dude (who is 64 years old by the way) shows up every day and puts in 100%. Monday he started to link jump ropes together.......which is quite a feat considering he has never jumped rope before. Double unders are around the corner Dave!
