Four freakin' degrees!! That was the temperature when we started the workout early this morning. Toby, Jim, Lester and Frank all showed for a pre-turkey dinner WOD. Now that's dedication. While the rest of the world was slowly waking up to their robes, coffees, fireplaces and Thanksgiving day parades these dudes where rockin' burpees, deadlifts, db cleans, etc. Did I mention it was four-freakin degrees??
