Welcome Suckas!

Saturday's morning workout capped off another great week at CCSC. Unlike Cap'n Crunch, Rowing, Deadlifts and Pushups ARE a great way to start off a Saturday. We rowed 1k (for time) and followed it up with a short metcon afterwards. Scott PR'd his row time by 8 seconds. Thursday was exciting also........as Amanda rocked her first pullups. Way to go girl! It's good to have Toby back on track as well. He has been nursing an injury over the past month, but seems to be getting back to normal.

This morning Lester was kind enough to share a work (The LED Light) sponsored golf outing with a few of us. Proceeds went towards the Carson City wrestling squad. It was a great time and we were happy to take part. Thanks again Lester!

I'm looking forward to a great week of workouts. The weather has made a change.......but at CCSC we workout like postmen............"Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds". Damn right on!

  1. Thanks to Hogan, Justin and yourself as well. It was a great round of golf on a great Sunday. The swing was in better shape than I expected. Maybe this CF things does work.
