It's Fall.........and it's HOT!

Monday afternoon started out with the wrestlers at the pound. They flipped some heavy tires, farmer's carried some heavy weight and did a bunch of lunges. Workouts like these should really help to improve hip explosion and grip/grappling strength. There's rumors of a new climbing rope in the near future. Yeah!

Tonights CCSC group had the chance to PR their 1-mile times. I think everyone bettered their previous times........including Jim, who knocked off over a freakin' minute! Dusty (who has been to one workout this month) showed up and posted the best time with a 6:52. Great job man! Toby and Scott where right behind him with times of 7:02 and 7:22 respectively.


David, Dave and Marina showed up for the 7:30 class. Both David and Marina ran the entire mile (no walking) which was quite a feat. Dave has been nursing a sore achilles and opted to row 2k instead of the run. He posted a 9:21.
