What is CrossFit RAD?

At CrossFit RAD training is short, training is intense, and training is fun. Movements are dynamic and functional. They are the same movements used in our everyday lives. We train to “not suck at life.” Maximum power output in the least amount of time is what we strive for. Workouts are programmed to strengthen a broad range of abilities. There is constant variation in programming, just as there is in life’s everyday challenges.Life does not let you isolate chest muscles on Mondays....frappu-yoga-lattes on Tuesdays....biceps and triceps on Wednesdays....etc....and neither do we. Who can benefit from CrossFit RAD? You...your Grandma...Everyone....whether you are 16 or 96. No matter what your fitness level currently is. Workouts are hard but rewarding. You WILL become healthy, fit, strong, powerful, flexible, fast, coordinated and conditioned. You will no longer “suck at life.”
