JUNE's  30 Day Boot Camp is almost here!  Yeah!!!

Location: 2350 So. Carson St. # 3  **In the New CrossFit RAD Gym (BOX) across from the Greenhouse Garden Center on the corner of Curry & Rhodes St.

* RAD FIT BootCamps Run on MondaysWednesdays and Fridays at 5:30 am, 6:30 am, and again at 4 pm.  Class sizes are limited to 12 so call to reserve your spot today!

* Commit to one of the class times. If you need to make up a class you are welcome to make it up at a different time with the permission of the trainer. Make sure to arrange the alternate time with your trainer via text or phone call.

* Classes will range from 45-60 minutes.

* Tuition: $120 New Members - $100 Returning

* GOOD Nutrition (Fueling your Body and Mind) is a VERY important part of your health requirements to be fit and healthy. You need it to be sound in Mind, Body and Soul. If you put processed crap in your "gas tank" we wont be able to get your engine (Mind, Body, Soul) to go! Refining your meals to Real Natural Food that will make you feel truly Alive and Well with lots of energy to celebrate your life is our goal in nutrition. We will be here for you to help implement a healthier Natural eating plan that is dang good!

* Your Mind is the first thing that needs to be Strong to make your Body strong! Thinking POSITIVE about the changes in food, fitness and being RAD is a Must to Make it Happen!! Strong Mind= Strong Body! Your Body is a reflection of your thoughts and actions! Make em Strong and Beautiful!!!

* Our Workouts (PLAY TIME) are planned to be Fun and Intense! Each workout will be different and exciting. Mixing strength, cardiovascular, and full body movements in interval workouts increases body strength, lean body mass and your metabolism! Together with a positive attitude, great workouts and just eating natural food you'll be burning more fat, have more energy and feel better than ever before!

** You were created to be RAD! Our BootCamp was created to help you find your way back to the RAD Natural way of eating & working your body! This camp is meant to be FUN and provide you with the skills and knowledge to tap into your RAD self!

~ BEFORE WORKOUTS: Come Hydrated! Drink two big glasses of water 1-2 hours before workout time.

~ FOR WORKOUTS:
* Wear comfortable clothing suitable for body movement: shorts, sweats, or spandex on bottom and comfortable shirt. Comfortable cross-training, minimal soled tennis shoes are best.
Pay attention to weather and come prepared with your clothing.
**** Come with your RAD attitude!!! This WILL be Fun so come prepared to HAVE FUN and get your Sweat on with your friends!

* Don't be shy ~ make sure to ask Questions if you have em'.

*Exercise Scaling*- Each Exercise has different levels of difficulty.  Your trainer will help you find the appropriate level. Scaling Exercises makes it so a beginner can workout with someone more advanced with no problem!
