Robb Wolf wanted us to blog this. We're trying to make this thing a sellout. It's on Tuesday, July 24th at 6:30pm. I expect all RAD people to be there. Here's Robb's post:
Hey folks!
Sorry I’ve not posted any blogs in…oh, about 10 weeks! The Zoe monster has had me on my toes but we are slowly getting our shizz together and I’ll get back on the writing pony.
In the mean time, I want to let folks know about a super cool event coming up, a screening of the film,“In Search of The Perfect Human Diet” in Reno, Nevada, July 24th, 6:30 pm at the Nevada Museum of Art. I’ll be there as will Prof. Loren Cordain. We’ll be available to answer questions and if folks are feeling froggy we might head down to Washoe after the event and see if we can put a dent in their tequila stock. Reno attendees can purchase tickets here and a special limited edition DVD here.
Here are some details on the DVD:
By special arrangement with the filmmaker we have a limited supply of Special Edition DVD’s of “In Search of the Perfect Human Diet” available to order now – with pick-up at our Reno Special Event July 24, 2012. In addition to the 90 min. documentary this Special Edition DVD contains unedited interview selects with; Dr. Boyd Eaton, Robb Wolf, Dr. Lane Sebring, David Getoff (Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation), the Official Film Trailer and the Directors “Thank You” to the many people who contributed to the films completion – about 60 more minutes of extras. This Special Edition DVD is not for sale to the public except via Official Film Screenings or Filmmaker Special Events.
If you are in the area I really encourage you to check this out and if you are not in the area, keep your eyes open for other screenings and/or make sure to buy a copy of the DVD. This film is important as it is the riposte of the Ancestral Health movement to the Forks Over Knives crowd. Seating is limited to 180 people so buy your tickets early and please let us know you are going via the PHD FB page. finally, I wanted to say a heartfelt “Thank you” to the folks at Specialty Health for being the primary sponsors of this event.
