Party Time!!

We partied down (after a grueling WOD of course) on Saturday afternoon. Thanks to everyone who showed. I was hoping to show your friends/family how RAD we are.......in hopes of maybe gaining a few members. After seeing you all suffer through the workout I doubt anyone will be too anxious to sign up!
Congrats to Deb, Leah and Elena for knockin' out the best WOD time.........and winning free RAD shirts.

 I take pride in the fact that our athletes can persevere through workouts that would cripple Average Joe's or Plain Jane's. You should as well.

 Alright........enough praise. Party time is over. Coach A-Hole will be back tomorrow.
