Why do we CrossFit?

We CrossFit so that we can do things like this. Here's Frank at the top of Vogelsang Peak (11,516 feet). They spent four days hiking and camping carrying 50+ pounds of gear.................and knocked out three peaks total. Two of the three were over 11,000 feet in elevation.
