Welcome Wendy

Be sure and introduce yourself to Wendy when you see her. She came in and knocked out On-Ramp#1 today. Good job Wendy, see ya on Thursday for round 2.

I imagine you all will have some sore buttocks when you read this post. Nice job on the lunges today. I think they are a weak spot that we will be addressing more. It should transition over into better jerk strength.
