So this year's CrossFit Games is over and new champions have been crowned. If you didn't get a chance to see the final workout yesterday, you can go
HERE and watch it. Craziness. As I watched I found myself both happy that I was not doing the workout..........but also wanting to do the workout all at the same time. This CrossFit stuff messes with your head!
I was most impressed by Dee Jones out of CrossFit Initiative (Reno). She competed in the Master's Women (60 and over) and took 2nd place overall! Way to go Dee!!!
