CrossFit RAD

Monday we had Wade come by with his daughter Sarah. Wade started working out with us back in the "garage days" and has stumbled upon us once again. They both did very well for first-timers. Welcome. You'll love it here.

Robbie also came by and introduced himself and his two boys. He plans on hittin' up a class on Friday. Lookin' forward to it.

We're taking orders for RAD shirts. If you're interested make sure and let me know so that I can get quantities and sizes.

I want to thank Jim for having us over for his birthday party this past weekend. A few RAD members showed and we had a great time. He ordered the fight, had great food.......and even better tequila. Cheers dude!
