Brutally RAD workout yesterday guys. I'm impressed. I was not disappointed in a single person's effort. Make sure to get some active rest today..........it'll help loosen things up a bit.

So throughout today's workout I kept a smug little grin on my face. Why? Well we've been working on Oly-lifts for some time now......and as a coach you sometimes (a lot of times) wonder if your "coaching" is working. On today's hang cleans I witnessed:
-WAY better attempts at full hip extension
-hook grips
-transitions from pulling stance to receiving stances
-solid (high elbow) rack positions
-externally rotated knees
-weighted heels
-full depth
-and lastly.......SPEED. I think all of you were much faster today. Speed is King! Some of you commented that you were lifting lighter weights........to which I say "Piss on the weight!" You need to drive home technique. With speed and technique results will come. Brute strength will only get you so far. Trust me..........I went through the same thing.
