Business...............as usual.

Monday was back to business as usual at C.C.S.C. I saw some great deadlift efforts (and a few PRs) today. I know that you guys are getting excited about lifting more weight........but for me the excitement comes from watching you lift more weight WITH GOOD FORM. Way to go people. Big thumbs up to Austin also. He pushed hard enough to roll around on the floor gasping for air after the "metcon" portion today. You're starting to get it. See ya Tuesday.
