Christy has joined our tribe and has already knocked out a couple of on-ramp WODs. She is catching on quickly to the new movements. It won't be long until she's competing with the bad girls and boys of CCSC. We're glad to have you.
The "Punks" came in at 4:00 and feasted on a long METCON. They did:
5RFT:
400m run
10 burpees
10 pullups
Breathing is key on a workout like this. Nick did a great job maintaining his composure.........and even sprinted the last run. I like it when you guys leave nothing in the tank.
The regulars did a barbell complex workout today. It's amazing how moving 65# for a minute can leave you
lying on the ground panting like a dog. Everyone did a fine job.
