"IT"

Colby, Austin, Nick, Brandon and Nolan rocked the 4pm workout today. They are starting to get "IT".

"IT" is the feeling of accomplishment you get as you roll around on the ground trying to catch your breath, after giving all that you had during a workout.

"IT" is what makes you a better athlete tomorrow than you were today.

"IT" is controlling that little voice in your head telling you to stop and quit when your heart-rate soars, your muscles burn, and you cannot seem to take in enough oxygen.

Assume your competition has "IT".........and train so that when the time comes..........you will have more of "IT".

"If you always do what you've always done..........then you'll always be what you've always been"
