Stolen W.O.D.

I stole this workout from my buddies at ConvictionCrossFit in Boulder, CO. They've got a sweet place inside of an airplane hanger. Check em' out.

Saturday was a bit dreary and cold but a quick warmup got the blood flowing. Lester, Toby, Greg and Amanda showed and gave it a go. Toby led the way while Lester jumped up into the 2nd spot.

I'm looking forward to a good week ahead. I'm thinking maybe we can swim down the street for time tomorrow?
