Filthy Monday

Monday started at the pound with the wrastlers doin' a bit of tire flippin. The boys are starting to hit it hard and most are beginning to have better hip explosion. Hopefully the strengths will transfer onto the wrestling mat. Here's Jordan, Pat and Cole gettin' it done:



The garage boys had their first encounter with "Filthy Fifty" tonight. I was expecting a 40-minute workout......but everyone came in well under that mark. Way to go guys. Also, welcome back Frank. What better way to return from a 3 week hiatus than to have a workout with 500 reps?
