Air Greg!

After yesterday's workout everyone attempted to jump on taller boxes than they have been comfortable with. Greg started out a bit nervous even looking at the 24" box............but ended the day with a 32" landing. Good job man! You all have WAY more ups than you think. Your minds gets in the way though. "If you think you can't, you're right!"
Tammy was in at 7:30 for her first workout. She did very well and we look forward to having her around. Toby and Lester are gearing up for their 24hr single-speed rigid race this weekend at Kirkwood. Wish them luck when you see them.
