Rowing Basics

Good job this week roughnecks. I'm a super-big fan of the effort, grunting, and sweating that's been going on. We've started incorporating the rower more lately. Here's a short video of some of the do's and don'ts:



We're gonna have an 8:30a.m. workout Saturday morning. Tell your friends to come out. It's gonna be a blast!
